It serves as a platform to optimize and simplify the direct selling process, ensuring efficiency and convenience.

Clients encountered difficulties in user identification verification, sales performance tracking, and efficient profile management.
Our platform serves as a SaaS solution specifically designed for Innovators, facilitating seamless integration of their digital products. This empowers Saathis to physically sell these products to their customers, streamlining the overall selling process and providing a growth-oriented platform for small businesses and individuals.
Integrating digital products for Innovators posed challenges, resulting in a complex selling process for Saathis.
To enhance efficiency, we have implemented an automated Commission Calculation system tailored to the role-based hierarchy of users. This ensures accurate and hassle-free commission calculations.
They expressed the need for Saathis to acquire knowledge about newly added products before initiating sales, and sought a comprehensive platform to facilitate this entire process.
Additionally, we have integrated a Learning Management System (LMS) module, enabling Saathis to stay updated on any newly added digital products within the platform. This empowers them to effectively market and sell digital goods.
The existing manual commission calculation process for physical sales of digital goods proved to be time-consuming and prone to errors.
In order to enhance security and verification processes, we have incorporated an in-app eKYC system, allowing seamless verification of Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and Bank Account details. Furthermore, we have developed a comprehensive tracking system to maintain accurate sales and earnings records.

Results:

The SEVA app drives revenue growth for both Innovators and Saathis by automating commission management, offering a comprehensive LMS module, and facilitating the physical sale of digital goods.
